Whiskey Sunglasses

We provide a limited warranty that covers any manufacturer defects in the workmanship of your Whiskey Sunglasses. This warranty is applicable to original consumer use only and is invalid if the product is used in any way it is not expressly intended for.

Warranty Exceptions

Any damage, defect, or malfunction caused by the following actions or activities is not covered by the limited lifetime warranty:

• Lost or stolen.
• An act of nature such as fire, flood, etc.
• Abuse, such as dropping, falling, stepping on, crushing, shattering, chewed on, etc.
• Negligence or misuse for any purpose other than that expressly intended.
• Normal damage or deterioration that could be expected from general wear and tear, including but not limited to lens scratches.

Extent and Coverage

Whiskey Sunglasses are warrantied for 1 year. The warranty only applies to authentic Whiskey Sunglasses and their original and unmodified components. The warranty is only for the original purchaser and is nontransferable.

We’ve Got You Covered

Begin your claim process by emailing support@whiskeyeyewear.com . You will need to provide pictures of the manufacturer's defect with a brief description of the issue, how the issue arose, and when the issue first occurred. You will need to provide the first and last name of the original purchaser, year of purchase, order number, model number and color. If we are unable to validate your proof of purchase, we may refuse to process your warranty claim.

After receipt of your warranty claim Whiskey Sunglasses will evaluate your warranty claim and make the determination, at Whiskey Sunglasses sole discretion, whether to approve or deny your warranty claim. If your warranty claim is approved, Whiskey Sunglasses may repair your Whiskey Sunglasses and return them to you. If your warranty claim is approved, and if your Whiskey Sunglasses are not repairable, Whiskey Sunglasses will provide you with a warranty voucher via email. The warranty voucher is good for use to purchase one equal or equivalent product. Purchases made with a warranty voucher are not eligible for return or exchange, and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs or taxes associated with your purchase. If we are unable to replace your warranted product with an equal or equivalent product, then Whiskey Sunglasses will issue you a full refund.

Limitation on Damages and Duration of Implied Warranties

Whiskey Sunglasses will repair, replace, or fully refund the cost of the Whiskey Sunglasses product as provided under this warranty. This represents the only remedy to the consumer. Whiskey Sunglasses is not liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect, or incidental arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty or condition of the product. Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
